Bob Bernstock is a graduate of Hamilton College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Bernstock began his business career at General Foods Corporations, and worked there for eight years, with his last position as Group Product Manager. He then spent a few years with two venture- capital funded technology companies, United Satellite Communications, Inc. and MultiMate Software.

Bob Bernstock then joined the Campbell Soup Company, and served in a number of leadership positions over the next thirteen years. These positions included: President of the North American Grocery division, President of the International Grocery division, and Executive Vice President of Campbell Soup Company—at that time the second highest position in the Campbell Soup Company.

Bob Bernstock also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of both Vlasic Foods International and Atlas Commerce, Inc. In addition he was the President and COO of Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and the President of the Mailing and Shipping Services division of the United States Postal Service.

Bob Bernstock has a solid record of accomplishment in the corporate world. He has a clear understanding of how to deliver successful results, with large and small companies– both in the short term and the longer term.
